Online therapy in New hampshire
I’m licensed in New Hampshire as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC). I provide online therapy and addiction counseling for adults who are located in New Hampshire at the time of the session, with appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What’s different in New Hampshire
Because I hold both licenses here, I can address mental health and substance use together, which matters when anxiety, trauma, and substance use are tangled up. In New Hampshire I also provide:
- Outpatient addiction counseling, using CBT, DBT skills, EMDR, and motivational interviewing
- Court-required LADC evaluations. These are self-pay. I am not an IDCMP provider, and my services are not part of the IDCMP program.
My other services, including anxiety, attachment, trauma and EMDR, and perinatal therapy, are described on their own pages. I provide individual therapy only, not couples or family therapy.
frequently asked Questions
Do I need to be in New Hampshire during sessions?
I can only see clients who are physically in New Hampshire or Maine at the time of the session.
Does insurance cover this?
I accept some commercial insurances. LADC evaluations are self-pay. See Insurance & Fees.
Do I have to be sober to start addiction counseling?
No; however, if I believe you cannot be safely treated through online outpatient counseling and/or need a higher level of care I will provide you with appropriate referrals.
