About this page
I compile these resources in good faith and review them periodically, but phone numbers, hours, and programs change. If a number doesn’t work, or something here is out of date, please let me know. Listing a resource isn’t an endorsement of everything an organization offers, and this page is not medical or mental health advice.
If you’re in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988.
