Online therapy in maine

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maine, providing online therapy for adults who are located in Maine at the time of the session. Sessions are by appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from wherever you have a private space, with no commute and no weather delays.

What I offer in Maine

I work with anxiety and attachment patterns, trauma and EMDR, perinatal mental health, and life transitions. I use CBT, DBT skills, EMDR, and mindfulness and body-based practices, along with tools from narrative, relational, and psychodynamic therapy to explore attachment patterns and where present-day triggers began.

What I don’t provide in Maine: services that require a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC), such as court-required substance use evaluations. I’ll help you find the right provider if you need one. I also provide individual therapy only, not couples or family therapy.
